KUMDO
This program teaches students the art of using a sword for self-defense. First time students study basic movements and forms of Kumdo, Korean swordsmanship. As each individual advances in their practice, more complicated and advanced strikes, blocks and forms, are learned and practiced. This program is only offered to teens and adults, as this martial art requires significant concentration and discipline. Through their practice at FMAC, students will increase their reflexes, concentration, muscular and spiritual strength. Protective gear is required for this class.
